Where exactly is Brooks Hotel in Dublin City Centre?


We are located on 59-62 Drury Street; a 2-minute walk to Grafton Street and St. Stephen’s Green. We are just around the corner from Trinity College and 10 minute walk from the national museum and art gallery.




Can I get a bus to the hotel from Dublin Airport?


Yes, 2 buses stop near our hotel;


• Airlink Express 747 (Dublin Airport – Heuston Rail Station)


The closest stop to the hotel would be on College Green ( approximately 5 mins walking to the hotel)


• Aircoach (Dublin Airport – Dublin City Centre)  ( price €14 return )


The closest stop to the hotel would be on Westmoreland Street ( approximately 10 mins walking to the hotel)


The easiest and most convenient way would, of course, be a taxi which you can get at ease outside each terminal. This would take about 30 minutes, drop you directly outside the hotel and cost between €30.00 and €35.00.




How far is it to walk from the hotel to the Luas stop?


We are less than a 3-minute walk to the St Stephens green Luas Line and 12 minutes to Abbey street red line




Do you offer luggage storage?


Yes. We offer  luggage storage for both early arrival or on the day of your departure should you wish to leave your bags with us and explore the city?




What time can I check-in and check-out?


Check-in time is 3 pm, check-out is at 12pm.




Is your reception 24hours?


Yes, there is always a member of the team available on reception.




Is your room service 24hours?


Yes. However, after 10 pm there is a reduced menu.




Do you offer a babysitting service?


We can refer guests to a 3rd party babysitting agency to organise babysitting if required, subject to sufficient notice.




What’s the hotel’s reservation cancellation policy?


Hotel cancellation policies vary depending on the reservation.  For Individual reservations, this is generally 24 hours.  Please contact our reservations team at or 00353 1 670 4000 and they will be happy to advise you.




Is there wi-fi access at brooks hotel?


Yes, wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and it is complimentary for our guests.




What is Brooks Hotel smoking policy?


Brooks Hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking in your room will result in a cleaning fee.




Is there a fitness centre at brooks hotel?


Yes, we do have a small fitness centre and sauna room available for our guests. It is open from 7 am until 10 pm.




Is there a business centre at Brooks Hotel?


Yes, a computer and a printer are available for our guests in our Residents’ Lounge.




Can I bring my pet?


Only certified guide dogs are permitted in our hotel.




Does the hotel have a car park?


There is a public car park opposite the hotel.


The Park Rite Drury Street car park is situated across the road from the hotel and they offer a 24-hour rate of €16.  Please take a ticket from the machine upon entering the car park. We will stamp this for you upon departure so you can avail of the concession. 

Please note, the offer is not available for parking paid through any electric parking tag provider.



Is it possible to get a late checkout?


Late check-outs are subject to availability. It may be possible to check out later than 12:00 noon with a €30 charge per hour. It is advisable to discuss the possibility of this with our front office team at the reception desk or by contacting our reservations team on or 00353 1 670 4000 and they will be happy to assist you further.




Is it possible to get an early check in?


In regards to having your room available when you arrive; we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before the guaranteed check-in time of 3 pm. When you arrive, we will be happy to check if your room is available, if it is, you can of course check in straight away. If your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage in our secure luggage room and you are welcome to relax in our very comfortable residents' lounge until your room is available.




Do you have family rooms?


We do have deluxe double single rooms available that have 1 king-size bed and a single bed in the room. We also have cots that we can place in the room for babies. We do have 1 set of interconnecting rooms available in the hotel. These rooms connect 1 x king room with 1 x twin room. Please contact our reservations team on or 00353 1 670 4000 and they will be happy to assist you with checking availability and rates.




Do you have cots?


We can include one baby cot into our deluxe room types, free of charge. Please request a baby cot when making your booking or contact to add a baby cot to your existing reservation.




Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?


Yes, all of our bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer for your convenience.




Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?


Yes. Simply request one from the front office team by dialling 0 on arrival or when required, and one will be delivered to your room.




Is the hotel air-conditioned?


Yes, the hotel is equipped with air conditioning and each room has its own individual air conditioning panel so that you may alter the temperature to your preferred setting.




Do your rooms include VAT?


Yes, our room rates quoted include VAT at the current rate of 13.5%.




Do you provide a laundry service?


Yes, we do provide a laundry service Monday- Friday. Laundry is picked up from reception each morning at 6 am and dropped back to the hotel at approx. 5 pm. A price list is placed in each room along with a laundry bag for you to place your items into.




Where can I charge my electric car?


The closest charging station to Brooks Hotel is on Golden Lane (less than 3 minutes walk) or on Earlsfort Terrace, by Stephen’s Green (approx. 10 minutes walk).




What beds are in your room types?


A Classic Double Room consists of 1 x queen bed. A Deluxe Double Room consists of 1 x king bed.




Do you have triple rooms?


Yes, we have triple rooms that consist of either 1 x king bed and 1 x single bed or 3 x singles. These rooms are limited in availability and are not available to book on our website. They can be booked by contacting on Reservation Team on 00353 1 670 4000 or 




I am staying for a special occasion, can I organise something extra for the room?


Yes indeed, we can assist with arranging flowers, birthday cakes made by our pastry chef, chocolate-dipped strawberries, Prosecco, champagne etc.


If you have anything in particular in mind that  you would like in your room, just let our team know and we will be happy to assist you with adding these personal touches to your stay!




Can you assist me with booking tours?

Do you offer accessible rooms?


We are pleased to say that Brooks Hotel is completely accessible and we offer 2 accessible rooms in the Deluxe category. The rooms consist of either  1 x king or 1 x king and a single bed. The bathroom is a wet room and is equipped with a shower chair as well as assistance railings.




Do you have vegetarian/vegan options for dining?


We do indeed have breakfast, lunch & evening options for vegetarian and vegan guests. Please let our reservations team ( ) know of any dietary requirements and they will be happy to note it on your reservation and also take dinner reservations.




Are the Classic Rooms quiet?


Our Classic Rooms are facing onto Drury Street, whilst we will be happy to allocate you a room on a high floor to eliminate as much noise as possible. Some street noise is to be expected from a hotel with a central city location.
