Yes. We can store luggage outside of check-in hours until guests’ room is ready.

Yes, there will always be someone available on reception.

Yes, we have a more limited menu that runs 24hours so our guests will always be able to enjoy our award-winning food.
Do you offer babysitting services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer babysitting or crèche facilities in the hotel. Guests can, however, be referred to a 3rd party babysitting agency, subject to sufficient notice.

Yes, our wi-fi is complimentary for our guests.
What is brooks hotel smoking policy?
Brooks Hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking in the room will result in a cleaning fee.

Yes, we do have a small fitness centre and sauna room available for our guests. It is open from 7am until 10pm.
Is there a business centre at Brooks Hotel?
Yes, we do have a computer and printer available for our guests in our resident's lounge.
Can I bring my pet?
Only certified guide dogs are permitted in our hotel.
Does the hotel have a car park?
Unfortunately, we do not have a car park at brooks hotel however, we do offer concessions with two car parks in the area.
The Drury Street car park; this is situated just across the road from the hotel and we do an overnight rate of €10.00. This covers you from 5.30 pm – 10 am the next day. For every hour before 5.30 pm and after 12noon, the rate is €3.40. They also offer a 24hr rate of €12.50.
St Stephen's green car park; this is less than 5 minutes’ walk from brooks hotel and is interconnected with Stephen’s green shopping centre car park. We offer a 24-hour concession for this car park at the rate of €12.50 also.
Is it possible to get a late checkout?
late check-out is subject to availability. It may be possible to check-out later than 12:00 noon with a €30 charge per hour. It is advisable to discuss the possibility of this with our front office team at the reception desk.
Is it possible to get an early check-in?
In regards to having your room available when you arrive; we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before the guaranteed check-in time of 3 pm. When you arrive, we will be happy to check if your room is available, if it is, you can of course check-in straight away. If your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage in our secure luggage room and you are welcome to relax in our very comfortable residents' lounge until your room is available.
Do you have family rooms?
We do have deluxe double single rooms available that have 1 king-size bed and a single bed in the room. We also have cots that we can place into the room for babies. We do have 1 set of interconnecting rooms available in our hotel. Please contact our reservations team directly to check availability.
Do you have cots?
We can include one baby cot into our deluxe room types, free of charge. Please request a baby cot when making your booking or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to add a baby cot to your existing reservation.
Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?
Yes, all of our bedrooms are equipped with one hairdryer for your complimentary use.
Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?
Yes, all of our bedrooms are equipped with one iron and an ironing board for your complimentary use.

Do you provide a laundry service?
Yes, we do provide a laundry service Monday- Friday. Laundry is picked up from reception each morning at 6 am and dropped back to the hotel at approx. 3 pm. A price list is placed in each room along with a laundry bag for you to place your items into.
Where exactly is Brooks Hotel in Dublin city centre?
We are located on 59-62 Drury Street within a 2-minute walk to Grafton Street and St. Stephens green. We are just around the corner from trinity college and a 10-minute walk from the national museum and art gallery.
Can I get a bus to the hotel from Dublin Airport?
Yes, there are 2 buses that stop near our hotel;
• Airlink Express 747 (Dublin Airport – Heuston Rail Station)
The closest stop to the hotel would be on College Green (and it would take approximately 7 mins walking to the hotel)
• Aircoach (Dublin Airport – Dublin City Centre)
The closest stop to the hotel would be on Westmoreland Street (and it would take approximately 10 mins walking to the hotel)
The easiest and most convenient way would, of course, be a taxi which you can get at ease outside each terminal. This would take about 30 minutes, drop you directly outside the hotel and cost between €30.00 and €35.00.
How far is it to walk from the hotel to the Luas stop?
We are less than a 5-minute walk to the St Stephens Green, on the Green Luas Line.

How much money does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check-in?
Pre-authorization will be taken on check-in for full accommodation and a €50 deposit for any incidentals. This will be released on departure if no extras are made
