From reception, to the bar, the dining room and the bedrooms the staff were so friendly and so helpful. The breakfast and the dinner was also very good. The location was perfect, could not fault the hotel in any way.
What a pleasure it was to stay at the Brooks! The hotel location is excellent and the staff was amazing. We checked in early and the hotel was kind enough to get us checked into our rooms right away, even though it was only 9:00 am. The rooms are well appointed and the bathrooms were comfortable with walk in showers (always my preference). The king bed was SOO comfortable! The rooms were quiet, dark at night for sleeping, and very peaceful. The hotel restaurant is beautiful, and we enjoyed having drinks in the modern bar area before dinner. The food was excellent and the staff was great! We had breakfast each morning of our stay, the buffet was plentiful and well attended. All in all, a top choice in Dublin!
The hotel is wonderful! Beautiful decor and very updated. Great service, great food and wonderful bar! Roger at the bar was outstanding!! He took great pride in providing excellent service and fun conversation.

We had a light lunch seafood chowder, and club sandwich with sweet fries. Food was delicious 😋 nice atmosphere and Christmas tree looked lovely.
Hope to get back in January for a special occassion.
The entire staff is spectacular but Marvin the concierge and Roger the bartender were beyond fantastic. Incredibly helpful and professional. The understand how to create Life Time Value and loyalist. We travel to Dublin a few times a year and will not stay anywhere else but Brooks Hotel!! Thank you Roger and Marvin!! Wonderful experience.
This was my second stay at the Brooks. The upgrades/remodel of the lounge and restaurant are beautiful!
The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful! Two members of the bar staff are exceptional…..both Frank and Roger made us feel like we were coming back every evening when we returned to the hotel bar after a day out exploring Dublin. We also had dinner with the bar one night and their service was excellent, as well as the food!

It’s always a pleasure visiting the Brooks Hotel. I especially enjoy going in the evenings, when I’m looking for a relaxed atmosphere of good conversations away from the bustle of the city centre. The warm welcome from Roger at the bar makes the experience even more special—he truly makes my night. I’d highly recommend Brooks for anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable evening.
I selected the Brooks Hotel based on other TripAdvisor reviews and it was a great choice! The exterior is classy; the doorman was cheerful and helpful. The lobby, restaurant, and bar have a sophisticated appearance, and the hotel is impeccably maintained. The front desk staff were exceedingly helpful and called me to let me know our room was available early. Our room was elegantly decorated, spacious, comfortable, very clean, quiet, and perfect for our three-night stay. The A/C controls were easy to operate, and the a/c was quiet. The king bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The Brooks Hotel is centrally and just a short walk to the sights, attractions, good pubs, very good restaurants, parks, and shopping we visited. The Hairy Lemon is right next door and a great choice to enjoy a pint of Guinness or Smithwicks. The sandwiches were large and delicious. I highly recommend the Brooks Hotel for your next stay in Dublin.

I just finished a family vacation to Ireland. While in Dublin we stayed a few nights at the Brooks Hotel. The staff at the Brooks were excellent. They attended to myself and my family with great customer service; especially the staff during the breakfast service in their restaurant (which was excellent). The location is great as well as we walked to many local attractions (Dublin Castle, Christ Church, Grafton St, St Stephens Park). We had King Executive room with a king bed and ensuite bath; the bed was comfortable, bathroom newly renovated with full size towels, room had a mini fridge, and air conditioning which came in handy for a rare warmer day in Dublin. I highly recommend the Brooks and when back in Dublin would stay there again. Thanks to all at the Brooks for a great experience.
The Brooks Hotel is a great hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. We were able to walk to the many sites in Dublin we wished to visit. The hotel also offers discount parking in the garage across the street. We enjoyed our stay in Dublin very much.
Brooks is located in the south side of Dublin. Therefore, most of the key sights are very walkable. We also felt very safe walking around at night. Lots of shopping, restaurants and pubs nearby. Hairy Lemon Pub, just steps away, was a favorite of ours as its served drinks and good Irish food. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. Special shout out to Roger (bar/restaurant) and Marvin (concierge). They both were incredibly helpful. Roger went so far as heating up food even when the kitchen was close.
