The Irish Whiskey Museum: Visit the worlds first Irish Whiskey Museum and experience the true art of whiskey making and tasting. The musuem is located within walking distance of the hotel.

 

Book of Kells & Trinity College: The Book of Kells is world famous and celebrated for its lavish decoration. You will be in awe of the workmanship behind this ancient book.  The Old Library in Trinity College is also worth seeing, with its collection of ancient books and busts.

 

Chester Beatty Library: The Chester Beatty Library offers an impressive selection of antique books and scriptures, including some of the original gospels. The Library exhibits ancient literature from all the major religions and the best part is you can see it for free!

 

Little Museum of Dublin: The Little Museum of Dublin displays artefacts from Dubliner’s lives from the last century. Everything on display has been donated by locals and one of the exhibition rooms was modelled after an authentic living room in the 1900s.

 

National Gallery of Ireland: The National Gallery collection holds some 15,000 works of art dating from the 13th century. And while you’re there you might as well visit Merrion Square which is just around corner.

 

Old Jameson Distillery: Take a tour and enjoy a whiskey tasting in the beautiful old distillery. The staff here know their stuff, so prepare to talk whiskey.

 

Christchurch Cathedral: Built by the Normans in the 12th Century, this beautiful old cathedral is full of history and is a must-see in Dublin.
